Chef Sean Smith
Chef Sean Smith grew up in Massachusetts, and headed west as soon as he finished high school. He cooked in iconic kitchens in Boulder in the late nineties before heading to California to pursue a culinary degree. Working at some of the top restaurants in Sonoma County inspired his interest in pairing wine with food.
His love of the Rocky Mountains brought him back to Boulder where he helped manage, open, and run some of the most popular establishments in the heart of downtown over the course of the last decade. Chef Smith has strong relationships with local farmers and food purveyors, and proudly supports them year-round. When he’s not preparing food for clients, he’s likely canning something unique, riding his bike, reading, or snowboarding.
